I have been living in Soundview Gardens for the last two years. Consistently well maintained, quick response time when needed. Ana and Denise always on hand to answer questions!

My husband and I have lived at the Wildwood Gardens Apartment for about a month and we have been very happy with the place! Anna and Denise in the leasing office are very kind and responsive. Maintenance has also been excellent. We feel cared about as people, not just tenants. We have also enjoyed meeting our neighbors and the convenient yet quiet location of the apartment. The landscape is beautiful and convenient for walking or other outdoor exercise. Wildwood Gardens is a great place for both individuals and families. We look forward to the years ahead in this beautiful location.

Wildwood Gardens is the best! Beautiful area close to everything you need. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The maintenance staff is top notch-just a phone call away. They will be at your door before you put the phone down. Friendly neighbors.

Perfect location, very nice apartments. 5 min drive to LIRR station. Walking distance to Stop&Shop, Target, Ace Hardware, Home Goods, pizza places, deli, urgent care, and more. Beaches right in town. Apartment units are very nice. Large rooms. Maintenance staff very responsive. Parking never a problem, spaces always available. Outside areas have lots of grass and plantings, all very well tended to. Only downside is neighbor noise such as door slammers and second-floor stompers, but those can be found at any apartment complex.

Found an amazing place to call home! Wildwood gardens is well taken care, the grounds are immaculate and everyone in the management office is incredible. The maintenance staff are all very responsive & helpful. I cannot thank Denise & Ana enough for how quickly they made everything happen for us!

So grateful to live here at Wildwood Gardens. It is a peaceful oasis in the middle of Port Washington — property is so well maintained and cared for. If there is ever a problem, maintenance is there to fix it right away. It is safe and secure, spacious apartments, always parking and so many new stores opening within walking distance — Target, Five Below, Stop and Shop, TJ Maxx — and also can walk to the pool and beach, just love living here!

We are very impressed by the professionalism of the Wildwood’s management in all respects. The Administration has been unfailingly responsive, even to unusual requests, immediately. The grounds management is steady, punctual, and fastidious. I would like to mention Denise in the management and Pedro in the maintenance staff in particular for their excellent work. But those are just the people that I have been dealing with. I am currently looking after my Dad here and I sleep soundly, knowing that the management is available 24 hours a day to deal with any situation. Kudos all around! We’re very happy to live here.

I have been a resident for 7 years and love being part of the Wildwood Gardens family! The office staff and maintenance staff are super and I would highly recommend anyone, young or older to consider living in this great community!
