I don’t often write reviews but my time at Wildwood Gardens has been exceptional and I wanted to share my experience. The location is excellent. Target is only 100 yards away and Stop & Shop just 1/10th of a mile. The staff maintain the property impeccably. If you take the time to visit, you’ll notice this right away. I give much credit to the property and maintenance staff. As for the apartment, it is very well designed. Appliances are new and are quality and, in my experience, my fellow tenants are quiet and respectful. I could go on about how nice it is, but I think you have to see it to make your own decision. The staff have been a pleasure to work with. The Leasing Agent, Ana, helped me throughout the rental process and is available whenever I need help with anything. The apartment complex is family owned and it is clear they treat the staff like family because most of them have been here for years. An employee who had been here for 30 years retired late last year, which, while uncommon in other places, is the norm here. They operate their business with the highest integrity and I applaud the family for their commitment to excellence. I am grateful for how they have invested in the grounds; my apartment looks out on a courtyard with trees of all colors when they are in full bloom and many beautiful fountains that operate year-round. I see people sitting out there, both young and old, enjoying the beautiful setting, which really fosters a sense of community. So, I close this review by saying the staff, ownership, location, setting and the apartment have exceeded my expectations since I moved in. It is because of this that I decided to write a review – one that I thought could give prospective renters a perspective from a current tenant. -Brad

Where to even begin. I moved to Port Washington not knowing what to expect. I’m grateful that I landed in a place with people who care, are flexible and extremely efficient. Denise Martinek did everything anybody could ask for in making my life easier with her amazing communication. Their maintenance is an A+ and the property owners are tremendous people. I highly recommend renting here. I could not think higher of them if I tried. A++++

I've lived @ Wildwood Gardens for 5 years now and am about to move out. I've had a great experience living in this community. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds (landscaping) is beautiful. Plenty of nice neighbors within the community and maintenance is very responsive and helpful when an issue does arise. The Soundview market place directly across the street is super convenient offering Target and Rite Aid. I do not own a car and have never had an issue due to all the stores and restaurants in close proximity. You are also a quick taxi ride away from the LIRR and the local service (Delux) offers a flat $10 fee for a pick up and drop off to or from the train station. Plus you are right near the beautiful Manhasset Bay and Manorhaven public beach and pool. There is also a gym across the street (Training Station) offering a discounted membership to residents of the community. The community is also very safe. Great for families and nyc/student commuters. Highly recommend!

I have been living at both Soundview and Wildwood Gardens for over 5 years and it is hands down the best rental complex in Port Washington. The management team, leasing department and staff are all first class. The apartments are incredible, bright and clean. The grounds and courtyards are immaculate. You feel like you are with family when you live at Wildwood & Soundview Gardens. 5 STARS!

I've lived here over 15 years and it's a great place to live. The maintenance crew attend to issues quickly and keep the grounds nicely landscaped. Office staff are a pleasure to deal with too!

I have lived in Wildwood gardens for over 10 years . It is quite clean and convenient. We feel quite safe . The staff are very courteous and professional that make you feel like a family. But I warn you , if you have an issue at your apartment and you make a phone call to the office, you better be ready and dressed because one of the staff will knock on your door by the time you hang up the phone. The owners and office members are very kind and polite and they are always available and they are on top of the problems personally. I give them 5 stars.

With much sadness I have to say goodbye to Wildwood Gardens where I have lived for 10 years. I occupied a second floor two bedroom apt with high ceilings and plenty of room. What can I say? First, the management team has always been professional and supportive. Since arriving the changes to the grounds have been impressive. Fountains were added in the courtyard and beautiful overhangs were built over the outside doorways. These additions enhanced the property that always was kept neat and trim.The maintenance staff was attentive and responsive to all needs whether it be a down A/C or a plumbing issue. I will miss Leo and Misha who went above and beyond. The outside crew were always friendly and a wave was there whenever you passed them by. A true family culture. The leasing agents seemed to work 24/7 and the tenants were always friendly. My job has me moving out of state and I can only hope I experience what I am leaving behind.

Great staff. The grounds are always kept perfectly. Snow storms come and they clear every path right away. Always willing to help when called and the buildings are very clean.

Beautiful grounds with fountains and sitting areas outside of the front door. Very spacious apartment. Friendly and very responsive management and staff. A short walk to stores, restaurants and the water. Plenty of parking.

I’ve been living here for the past 16 years and wouldn’t consider renting anywhere else. The management is first class and is always attentive to our needs. There is also a first rate maintenance crew on site who always responds quickly to any issues that may come up.Having restaurants, shopping,parks, and so many other amenities nearby makes living here so enjoyable and stress free

Great place to live. In Soundview, the apartments are large and spacious. The neighbors are very quiet. The grounds are well manicured and clean. The office staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is very responsive. Laundry is in every other building and there's even storage space. In Soundview you get one assigned parking spot and there are plenty of other spaces just behind the building as well. Less than a 5-minute walk to the water and only 35 minutes to the city.

Spacious rooms, hardwood floors, courtyards with BBQ and seating. Laundry/storage available, garbage/recycling removal, plenty of parking. On site management and maintenance. Walk to waterfront, shopping, restaurants. 35 minute LIRR ride to NYC. Located in beautiful Port Washington, one of the most desired towns to live on Long Island.

Incredible fast response to tenant needs. Immaculate grounds respectful staff! Beautiful fountains with running water throughout. I moved here in July 2020 and it’s even at very close proximity to stores. ( TJMAXX, Target and HomeGoods) and supermarkets..wait..this must be Heaven.well done!

Great place to live! The apartments and grounds are meticulously maintained. I never have to worry about fixing anything or shoveling snow. The maintenance staff are very responsive and make most repairs within hours. The staff in the management office are extremely helpful and kind. I have been living here for over 5 years and have no complaints.

Wildwood & Soundview Apartments are more than just buildings and amenities.  There is a community here made up of dedicated staff who work very hard to maintain the property in first-class condition.  The apartments are clean and comfortable, the common areas are inviting, and all the facilities are in working order.  There is a professional maintenance team that's always on-the-go.  And building management is very responsive to tenants.
