BEST place to live. I’m going on my 13th year and I cannot be happier with my choice of moving into a place where the owners are on site and care about every single detail. The maintenance department could not be kinder or more efficient life here is wonderful.

Wildwood and Soundview Gardens is an amazing place to live! When we began our search, we were so impressed with the immaculate grounds and beautiful landscaping. We worked with Anna who was warm and welcoming. Everyone on staff is helpful and efficient.

Fantastic place to live. Incredible service and exemplary efforts in accommodating our living arrangements each year. Great maintenance and lawn care. Ana is a great property manager and her efforts don’t go unnoticed!

If I could give a 10 star I would . I came to the property looking for a one bedroom apartment Ana showed a few Different options that would best fit my needs. She was absolutely amazing and made the entire process so seamless and less stressful. Both her and Denise were extremely informative, very warm and welcoming I am so glad to call this place my new home! Additionally the neighborhood is extremely friendly and was so welcoming from my first day of being here I'm so glad to call this my new home!

Great place to live! The grounds are beautiful, they are SO on top of all maintenance both inside and outside. The rent may seem a little high, but it includes heat which counts a lot! Conveniently located near a strip mall and a Target, not to mention the Port Washington docks and the LIRR. What’s not to like?

Could not be happier with the friendly and quick response to maintenance requests. While here addressing my issue, another potential problem was brought to my attention and fixed on the spot! Thanks Junior 👏

Love love and love this beautiful place. My wife and I have lived here over 10 yrs and love it!! It’s truly a gorgeous garden. The owners and their staff are all outstanding!! After hours repairs, rsvp’d in a few minutes for a lock out for ex. Obtw, did I mention my WIFE and I both love it here? Sincerely, Dave and Lorraine:)!!

I have lived here for two years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Front office staff is always very friendly (especially Ana who actually showed us around originally). Members of the maintenance crew are very amiable and attentive to both the interior upkeep and exterior landscaping. Lastly, my neighbors are cordial and very easy to get along with. If you choose to live here, I hope you feel right at home!

The staff in the office was amazing, place was clean all the residents seem to be very nice. I recommend this place to anyone very safe. I want to personally, thank the office personnel for assisting my wife in such a professional manner.

The property is well maintained and taken care of. Management and maintenance are very responsive. Repair requests are usually addressed within 1-2 days. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rent in the Port Washington area!

My son and I have been living at Wildwood Gardens for a little over 4 years and enjoyed every second of it living there. The apartments are well kept quality maintenance and home appliances. The maintenance workers at the apartments are amazing in themselves, they tend to the gardens keeping it looking amazing throught the spring and summer. They also will help fix any issue in your apartment and the repairs last a long time. The people in the community are also are big part of why Wildwood is such a good place to live. The people working in the administrative building are good people allowing leniancy in rent payments if you are struggling to pay which made it possible for me and my son to live there so long. If you were looking for an apartment to settle down permanently, look no further than Wildwood Gardens.

Paul and the entire team of Spivack Realty Co aka Wild Gardens are truly amazing. Although I only planned on staying for a shorter period circumstances necessitated that I prolong my stay. Paul and the entire management team were very accommodating and I can’t thank them enough. The apartments and the entire complex is well maintained secure and clean. Very nice community of people. Can’t recommend them enough. Whether you are new to the area or in between home renovations etc. relocation etc… I wouldn’t think twice about renting here.

My second time living at Wildwood. Both experiences have been great! Well maintained facilities and the staff (both office and other workers) have been nice to interact with.

I live in this complex for over 8 year. It is walking distance to different shops . It is super clean here. The management and staff are super friendly and helpful.if You need some thing from them or any kind of repairs, you can consider them done the same day. Also they have a good sense of picking the people, since there are great neighbors live in this apartments.
