The grounds are beautiful and you can tell the property puts time and effort into keeping them that way. The apartments are conveniently located in Port Washington and the staff is wonderful.

I have been at WW for about 17 years! You cannot beat it for location, cleanliness, responsive maintenance, beautiful grounds, great and supportive management and a feeling of community! It is safe and conveniently located! The peace gardens are beautiful, the residents are friendly and if anything requires fixing or updating, management handles it in a timely manner! I especially like to deal with Stacy, Orlando, the Spivack brothers and Vinny! Through the years they have been very supportive and kind-hearted. They are animal friendly too! I highly recommend living here, if you want to live a stress free life in a safe and beautiful complex and town! Thank you, Wildwood Staff!

Maintenance is amazing, kind, and super helpful. They answer immediately and if they can’t fix they problem immediately they find the answer and come right back.

Have lived there 3 times over the years, twice in Wildwood and once in Soundview, Port is a beautiful town with ample restaurants and shopping, the location is near enough the LIE/NS for city workers (car or train), too. The staff is always accommodating and respectful and the apts are in good condition, there wasn't much going on to have to involve them TBH but they were Johnny On The Spot when needed. Plenty of parking, easy to access, good vibes all around or I wouldn't have moved there again, and again, and...

If you are looking for an apartment look no further. We accidentally stumbled upon this apartment complex and the first unit we saw we knew we had to live here. We have now lived here for a little under a year and management has been super helpful & informative, as well as maintenance being super responsive. The grounds are highly maintained and the ability to walk to the water or store is unbeatable by any apartment complex in this area. If you are looking to move here and want to join a nice community look no further. We really like living here and hope to live here for a long time.

When my fiancé and I were looking for a place to live, we were considering several options that would put us at a reasonable commute to work but still close to family. We stumbled upon a cute little cottage in Port that was a little too cramped, so the realtor then showed us Wildwood and we pretty much fell in love instantly and haven’t looked back. In my opinion, there aren’t many places on Long Island that offer the amount of space for your money as Wildwood and Soundview does. Our first one bedroom in Wildwood was huge, and now we’ll be moving to a one bed in Soundview thats even bigger and offers a few more amenities that fit our lifestyle better for not much more money. The management team is fantastic. Anna and Denise are amazing and always have their finger on the pulse of what their renters needs are and how to best meet them. Maintenance is extremely responsive. Location is too convenient for words, and Port is really a great place to live. Family oriented with so much to do and a great community feel. We don’t want to leave and hope to raise our family here.

I have nothing bad to say. I moved in two years ago and can’t imagine a better apartment complex. Maintenance is incredibly friendly with very fast service and the office is very quick to solve any problems. Would and have recommended this apartment complex to anyone looking!

I don’t often write reviews but my time at Wildwood Gardens has been exceptional and I wanted to share my experience. The location is excellent. Target is only 100 yards away and Stop & Shop just 1/10th of a mile. The staff maintain the property impeccably. If you take the time to visit, you’ll notice this right away. I give much credit to the property and maintenance staff. As for the apartment, it is very well designed. Appliances are new and are quality and, in my experience, my fellow tenants are quiet and respectful. I could go on about how nice it is, but I think you have to see it to make your own decision. The staff have been a pleasure to work with. The Leasing Agent, Ana, helped me throughout the rental process and is available whenever I need help with anything. The apartment complex is family owned and it is clear they treat the staff like family because most of them have been here for years. An employee who had been here for 30 years retired late last year, which, while uncommon in other places, is the norm here. They operate their business with the highest integrity and I applaud the family for their commitment to excellence. I am grateful for how they have invested in the grounds; my apartment looks out on a courtyard with trees of all colors when they are in full bloom and many beautiful fountains that operate year-round. I see people sitting out there, both young and old, enjoying the beautiful setting, which really fosters a sense of community. So, I close this review by saying the staff, ownership, location, setting and the apartment have exceeded my expectations since I moved in. It is because of this that I decided to write a review – one that I thought could give prospective renters a perspective from a current tenant. -Brad

Where to even begin. I moved to Port Washington not knowing what to expect. I’m grateful that I landed in a place with people who care, are flexible and extremely efficient. Denise Martinek did everything anybody could ask for in making my life easier with her amazing communication. Their maintenance is an A+ and the property owners are tremendous people. I highly recommend renting here. I could not think higher of them if I tried. A++++

I've lived @ Wildwood Gardens for 5 years now and am about to move out. I've had a great experience living in this community. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds (landscaping) is beautiful. Plenty of nice neighbors within the community and maintenance is very responsive and helpful when an issue does arise. The Soundview market place directly across the street is super convenient offering Target and Rite Aid. I do not own a car and have never had an issue due to all the stores and restaurants in close proximity. You are also a quick taxi ride away from the LIRR and the local service (Delux) offers a flat $10 fee for a pick up and drop off to or from the train station. Plus you are right near the beautiful Manhasset Bay and Manorhaven public beach and pool. There is also a gym across the street (Training Station) offering a discounted membership to residents of the community. The community is also very safe. Great for families and nyc/student commuters. Highly recommend!

I have been living at both Soundview and Wildwood Gardens for over 5 years and it is hands down the best rental complex in Port Washington. The management team, leasing department and staff are all first class. The apartments are incredible, bright and clean. The grounds and courtyards are immaculate. You feel like you are with family when you live at Wildwood & Soundview Gardens. 5 STARS!
