I looked at many apartments and by far my experience with the realtor and staff here was head and shoulders above the rest.. David, Ana and Denise were all very responsive, accommodating and communicative.. very reasonably priced units for what you are getting in comparison to other apartments. I’m very happy with everything and looking forward to my new place! Thank you everyone!

Wonderful place to live! I moved into a studio at Wildwood last year and am impressed with the maximization of space. The apartment has great appliances and furniture and the maintenance team is very friendly and very quick - if you call expect them to show up almost immediately. I also loved the proximity to lower Port Washington and the water. The walk through the grounds is so serene. Nothing but good things to say about these apartments - you get what you pay for and then some.

59 HAPPY YEARS!! My husband and I moved to Soundview Gardens in June of 1964. We raised our 2 children comfortably as the apartments are quite spacious with great closet space. After many years of living here, I can honestly say that having the Spivack Family as landlords has been a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully maintained and the maintenance department is quick to take care of any problems you may have. Walking distance to shopping, a great school district and an express train to NYC is also an asset to living here.

Port Washington is a beautiful and safe area, sound view apartments are beautiful and well kept i love it here everything is close by

I have been living in this complex for 3 years everybody that works here is wonderful extremely clean and safe environment if you need something done they're there for you in 5 minutes services wonderful I'm very happy to live here

Paul and Stephen are great. They keep the grounds immaculate and always there for you when you need them.

I have lived here for over ten years in total. I moved out when I lived abroad for a while, but eventually came back. To be honest, the rent was above my initial budget (the rent hiked up crazy all over Long Island in past several years), but having lived here before, I knew it's worth it. I am very happy to have moved back. People who work in Wildwood/Soundview take pride in this place. Denise and Ana at the office are lovely and always helpful, so are maintenance people. Grounds are beautiful and always well-maintained. When the weather is nice, I love working on one of benches placed throughout the complex - it is such a treat :-) This is a safe, peaceful and happy community to live in, where people take care to keep it that way.

I have been a resident in this community for 15 years and I feel this is a great place to live. The property owners really listen and treat me fairly and honor all my requests. I highly recommend this property.

I can’t rave enough about my wife’s and I experience as new renters in Soundview Gardens. The Spivack family treated us like family and could not do enough to make sure that every step of the way (renovating apt) was expertly and professionally completed in a timely fashion. The location. Could not be better as it it in walking distance of all one’s needs could be. I could go on and on about this wonderful experience, but I think I’ve made my point!

The management office is a pleasure to work with, the apartments and facilities are kept in immaculate condition, and the maintenance staff is both responsive and tremendously helpful. Soundview and Wildwood are the best apartments!! Inside is clean and updated, outside landscape is beautiful and very well maintained. Staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. On-site laundry is a huge win! Such a peaceful place to live. I work from home and this is a fantastic place to be all day.

I have lived in Wildwood over 20 years, and I love it here! It is a beautiful complex, safe, well maintained , and very peaceful. The management and staff are always a pleasure to deal with. The location is ideal, it is walking distance to stores restaurants and parks. The maintenance staff is very friendly, reliable and quick to respond to any issues that arise. The apartments are spacious and quiet. I would recommend this complex to anyone from singles, young families or seniors. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating all around!

The outdoor grounds are always meticulous and beautiful. The apartments if and when something needs a repair or painted/upgraded it's done with out a hassle. Need help from management with literally anything ? ask them and its done. If I could give them more stars I would. they are awesome

We’ve sailed and lived in Port for almost 45 yrs. My mother lived in New Jersey and her legs were getting weaker and the distance concerning. The 1st realtor I called took me to Wildwood Gardens, buildings I’ve passed many times. The only apartment I looked at was fabulous n put a deposit down immediately. Mom has now been here for 5 years and we couldn’t be happier. She loves to stroll the grounds to see what flowers are in bloom and watch the birds dancing round the several water fountains. We even have a resident Mallard duck and his mate. Paul Spivack is always available. The few issues mom has had are remedied immediately by Orlando and his crew. They always ask me how’s my mom. We wouldn’t live anywhere else. Thanks to all! Mom will be 100yrs old this November. Come for cake!
