Ana and Denise were so helpful and friendly from the start. The grounds are well kept and the building maintained in good condition. Maintenance is prompt in responding to concerns or issues. Definitely a 10/10

It’s a quite, pleasant place to leave. Management is always there to help you, if you need anything there quick to respond. The best part is a clean and friendly environment.

I have lived at Wildwood Gardens for four years and I highly recommend it. The management office is incredibly responsive and attentive to any issues that arise, and they genuinely care about the well-being of their tenants. Maintenance requests are always addressed promptly and every planned maintenance is communicated in advance. The property is safe and quiet, well-maintained, and they make sure everything is in good working order. Plus, they are friendly and easy to communicate with, which makes renting from them a pleasure. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Wildwood Gardens and the living experience they provide.

I looked at many apartments and by far my experience with the realtor and staff here was head and shoulders above the rest.. David, Ana and Denise were all very responsive, accommodating and communicative.. very reasonably priced units for what you are getting in comparison to other apartments. Wonderful place to live! I moved into a studio at Wildwood last year and am impressed with the maximization of space. The apartment has great appliances and furniture and the maintenance team is very friendly and very quick - if you call expect them to show up almost immediately. I also loved the proximity to lower Port Washington and the water. The walk through the grounds is so serene. Nothing but good things to say about these apartments - you get what you pay for and then some.

59 HAPPY YEARS!! My husband and I moved to Soundview Gardens in June of 1964. We raised our 2 children comfortably as the apartments are quite spacious with great closet space. After many years of living here, I can honestly say that having the Spivack Family as landlords has been a wonderful experience. The property is beautifully maintained and the maintenance department is quick to take care of any problems you may have. Walking distance to shopping, a great school district and an express train to NYC is also an asset to living here.

Port Washington is a beautiful and safe area, sound view apartments are beautiful and well kept i love it here everything is close by

I have been living in this complex for 3 years everybody that works here is wonderful extremely clean and safe environment if you need something done they're there for you in 5 minutes services wonderful I'm very happy to live here

I have lived here for over ten years in total. I moved out when I lived abroad for a while, but eventually came back. To be honest, the rent was above my initial budget (the rent hiked up crazy all over Long Island in past several years), but having lived here before, I knew it's worth it. I am very happy to have moved back. People who work in Wildwood/Soundview take pride in this place. Denise and Ana at the office are lovely and always helpful, so are maintenance people. Grounds are beautiful and always well-maintained. When the weather is nice, I love working on one of benches placed throughout the complex - it is such a treat :-) This is a safe, peaceful and happy community to live in, where people take care to keep it that way.

I have been a resident in this community for 15 years and I feel this is a great place to live. The property owners really listen and treat me fairly and honor all my requests. I highly recommend this property.

I can’t rave enough about my wife’s and I experience as new renters in Soundview Gardens. The Spivack family treated us like family and could not do enough to make sure that every step of the way (renovating apt) was expertly and professionally completed in a timely fashion. The location. Could not be better as it it in walking distance of all one’s needs could be. I could go on and on about this wonderful experience, but I think I’ve made my point!
